At Grim Resolve, we want you to love your order. We can only accept returns or issue replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Wrong Size / Change of Mind
Since every product is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were ordered in the wrong size, or for general dissatisfaction or change of mind.

Please be sure to check our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty in any way, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@grimresolve.org

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once your order has been sent to production, we cannot make changes or issue refunds. If you need to cancel immediately after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at support@grimresolve.org

Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us.
